Your canvas comes with a pre-installed sawtooth hanger which makes hanging a breeze.

When clicking the file upload button, a pop-up window appears that allows you to crop and fit your photo the way you want it inside the "frame" of the canvas design template. Depending on the shape of the "frame" you may not be able to fit your photo perfectly inside exactly the way you want it. If this is the case, please use a different photo or check out some of our other products.

We manually process all orders and make a few minor enhancements to your photo when necessary. These may include changing the brightness and vibrance of the photo as well as make it blend in perfectly with the background (this is only if the print is inspired by wood and has wood lines that go on top of the photo).

It is very secure. We use two third-party processors to process payments - Stripe & PayPal. 

Both are large, reputable US-based companies with the highest level of security.

We do not get access to your credit card information ourselves and our checkout pages are 100% encrypted and secure.

If you know that you have sufficient funds on your card but the payment is still declined, there are many reasons why this may be happening. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do to help since don't have any control over what transactions are approved as it is fully controlled by the third-party payment processor we use.

If you have a PayPal account, you can choose to make the payment via PayPal instead.

A final option is to pay withPayPal - but directly via your card (in other words; you don't need a PayPal account). After clicking the PayPal button on the checkout page, look underneath the login fields where it says "Pay with a card" and follow the instructions.

 In the unlikely event that there’s something explicitly wrong with your item OR if it appears damaged, just send us a photo of the error/damage within 30 days of receiving your item and we will either send you a replacement or refund 100% of your purchase – whichever option you prefer. No need to return the item either way. 

 Returns for reasons other than an error on our part will be subject to a 40% return fee (Please allow six (6) days once we received your return for your refund to be processed)We reserve the right to issue store credit rather than a refund for itemsreturned more than 60 days after the order was made.
